A life-long artist, musician and proud member of the great Ho-Chunk Nation.
It seems like I've been daydreaming forever.
Beginning with drawing as a young boy I learned of the connection between imagination and the hand. Always the teacher’s pet in art class up thru high school I went on to take a few graphic art classes at a community college. Marriage and kids required a full time job which, in retrospect, sidelined any thoughts of a career in the arts.
I look up. I'm in my early 40's and miserably day dreaming at work. With the financial, and much more important, emotional support of my beautiful pussycat wife Barbara I was able to walk away from that career.
The very next day with no discernable income my weekdays are open and available for creating.
I now paint, draw, generate graphic art and photograph.
In addition I am a working musician. A great love in my life for over 40 years has been the guitar. The Detroit area has strong, deep musical roots and I am very proud to be part of, and represent, the musical heritage of Motown.
As both artist and musician I feel I have a somewhat unique incite for the understanding and passion that is the arts. I truly cherish these gifts and try to use them to add the beauty and religion of the arts to the world.
